As to maintenance? There is hardly any! Since we use honeycomb aluminum and magnesium oxide (MGO) sandwich panels our structures do not contain any sand, cement, steel, mortar or bricks, therefore there is no plaster that will chip or crack. A fresh overcoat of paint every few years does the trick. If the exterior MGO surface is cladded, it is nearly indestructible.
